Come Sit

Standard

Push all those busy body thoughts aside
and come sit in the silence where I Am.
Rest in the peace of your own Presence
and immaculate perception.

As the body attunes to the
breath of God, clarity is restored.

This holy refuge is your true home
and but a breath away
from the
wandering attention of your child mind.

I Am

Standard

I Am the heart
and that
which beats it.

I Am the flute
   and the
       breath which plays it.

I Am the wing
   and the
        wind that moves it.

I Am the song
   and the
       voice that sings it.

I Am the shadow
   and the
       light that casts it.

Awake and Behold

Standard

Do not despair
for you know not
of the majestic
and magical
works taking place
behind the veil
of forgetfulness.

Awake and behold
the glorious wonders
of The Infinite One
orchestrating and
animating your life
and all of creation.

Rest in the arms
of Love and be
carried like a
child of the Universe
home to the heart
of God’s eternal Grace.

Don’t Go Back to Sleep…

Standard

Awake on this magical morning with dawn’s
musical breeze alive in the trees.
Same breath of illumined wind felt
under the Bodhi tree, upon the Cross
and throughout all time and space.
Listen . . . attune your ears so the
heartsong of God may be heard
in the treasure of this holy moment.
Through Grace this awakening has come
and the blessed dissolution of the lie
that the dream of sleeping was real.
“The breeze at dawn has secrets to tell you,
don’t go back to sleep . . .don’t go back to sleep.”

Drowned with Delight

Standard

When the shell of the lie cracked open
‘All That Is” rushed in
leaving no space for knowing
or the need to know.

Doubt and denial
drowned with delight
in the instant of this great flood
and what appeared as
“my life” was no more.

Sweet obliteration
by the consuming
flame of Grace.
No space for resistance now.
Nothing ever really happened.

This is a non-story,
a play within a dream.
Always have been, here, now
witnessing this marvelous
and tragic spectacle.

So blessed to not know
anything at all.
Nothingness is
All That Is
 and I Am That.
